Venice for first timers. Saint Mark square and highlights

A 3 hour guided tour, the introduction to the origins of Venice City State and its administrative and political center: St.Mark’s Square and its main buildings, St. Mark’s Church (interior) skipping the line. Our last hour together will unfold with an adventure through the maze of alleyways and squares, off the beaten path, ending at Rialto bridge.

Unsure how to step into the floating city? First time in Venice, a 3 hour guided tour, provides the perfect introduction to the origins and history of Venice, while also giving you the chance to see some of the off the beaten path campi (squares) and calli (streets).  In this tour you’ll see: San Marco square and its monuments, the interior of San Marco church (without having to queue), Campo Santa Maria Formosa, San Giovanni & Paolo, Santa Maria dei Miracoli, the Marco Polo neighborhood and the Rialto bridge. 

Venice in one day. A boat tour for day tripper in Venice

A 4 hour guided tour including Venice’ s highlights - Saint Mark’s Square and Rialto bridge - followed by an off the beaten track walk and Murano island, with a visit to an artistic glass furnace. We will take a private water boat to tour the splendid Grand Canal and other minor canals.

What are the highlights of Venice? Step aboard our private boat and we’ll show you the city’s finest sights. Starting from St. Mark’s Square we’ll take you off the beaten path down the minor canals for a ride along the Grand Canal. That’s our Venice tour for day trippers! We’ll then whisk you off to the island of Murano where you’ll be taken behind the scenes at a world famous glass studio. This tour can be adapted for those visiting the city for the day as well as visitors residing in the city for longer periods of time. It usually lasts around four hours. 

Land and water. A private boat tour of Venice

A 3 hour guided tour, including the highlights: San Marco Square and its buildings: the Doge’s Palace (exterior only) San Marco Church (interior) skipping the line, followed by a 1 hour private boat water tour of the magnificent Grand Canal and minor canals.

A city of masks, it’s no surprise that Venice is itself a city of many faces. Our Venice boat and walking tour explores two distinct worlds existing side by side in this ancient space: a network of passages and alleyways for those on foot, and a network of canals for those traversing the old city by boat. In this tour we’ll combine these two modes of transportation to allow you to experience the city from all sides. This tour gives you the chance to experience the watery nature of Venice and at the same time savour a walk through the main historical sites, with some secret corners as well. It  includes one hour by private water taxi and two hours walking: a total of three hours.

San Marco square classic tour

A 3 hour guided tour that focuses on the magnificent buildings from where the Venice Republic organized its political, administrative and religious life. This tour will include the Doge’s Palace, the Bridge of Sighs, the Prisons and the Basilica of San Marco interiors, where we will skip the lines.

Experience an in-depth exploration of Venice’s most iconic historical sites. Join us in San Marco square for a classic tour to explore inside and outside of its magnificent historical buildings. Together we’ll uncover the interiors of the Doge’s Palace, the Bridge of Sighs, the Prisons, and St. Mark’s Church over the course of a three hour guided tour. We will make sure by the end you’ll know these buildings inside out, and won’t leave a stone unturned.  

Venice kids tours

A 3 to 4 hours custom made kids tour including the must sees of the main historical site: San Marco square with the amazing Greek bronze horses terrace, followed by a walk off the beaten tracks, a mask workshop or the visit to a puppet master workshop. A private water tour can be added.

Inspired by family holidays, we created this exclusive “Venice kids tours” to make sure your children have just as much fun as you do while exploring this ancient city. It starts from the main  historical site of Venice: San Marco square with the interiors of San Marco church, the terrace view and the superb bronze horses from ancient Greece. We’ll then set off for a walk off the beaten path with a few stops for gelato or a mask making atelier. We can later can zoom off on a private boat for a ride through Venice’s waterways and the Grand Canal, or alternatively head to the Rialto Bridge on foot where you’ll be met by a traditional Venetian puppet master. This tour lasts three hours. 

The districts of Venice. Discovering city’s “sestieri”

A 3 hour walking tour through a choice of the 6 districts, sestieri, of Venice.

Venice is a city divided into six distinct districts – sestieri. Each area has its own individual identity and history and this tour ensures you’ll become an expert in both. In this three hour guided tour you have the choice to explore a number of the famous districts, each outlined below.  There’s Dorsoduro and San Polo, finishing at the Rialto Bridge or at the superb San Sebastiano Church. For those who want to head further afield there is the district of Castello towards the end of the island, once the home of many artisans and craftsmen rich in medieval beauties with its powerful Arsenale gates. Heading back towards the station through Cannaregio, the second largest district of the city, with Castello, you have the chance to admire Tintoretto’s masterpieces, his home and grave.
